I don’t really like whatever that fabric is on the top, and although the skirt is cool, it also looks like she velcro’d her clutch to her groin. Which might be a good idea for cocktail parties, come to think of it.

The heels are chunky and might be Lucite, and there is a bigger floral patch and a sailor flap. I think… the flap might jack it for me, and the only kind of flapjack I like is the kind you serve for breakfast after “accidentally” spill a BUNCH of chocolate chips into the batter.
