Just the words “Leather Paperbag-Waist Culottes” are truly terrifying. So I’m impressed that D’A C is carrying them with as much elan as she is here. I actually low-key like them, and my big note here is, I think, with those boots being worn with them. I get the Kicky Casual 70s Lady Vibe, but I’m not totally sold that it works.
