It is VERY possible my reactions to this are governed by not having adjusted to Millie’s current head-suit. The gown itself is SO dramatic and cool, but I would have picked it for a bajillion other people first, and all of them are older than she is. Girlfriend is only 21 and she’s serving some serious Bravo realness, and not the young and feckless kind. It’s Real Housewives. It’s one visible buttock away from Selling Sunset (not Bravo, but you feel me). I’m trying to imagine it with a different ‘do attached — slicked back, and/or brunette — to see if it’s just a strange match of wearer to frock, or whether it’s just that I can’t handle change. I DO think I’d probably love this if, say, Zoe Saldana or Monica Barbaro or Demi Moore or Pamela Anderson unexpectedly busted it out at the Oscars, and not for nothing, none of them would have piled up their hair like they’re Ivana Trump. So maybe it’s a combo platter — maybe I am not used to her new look AND I don’t love this particular hairstyle AND I hate change, but I can at least appreciate her taste in garments. What do you think?
