That’s by ASOS, and it’s VERY summery — almost a swimsuit coverup, albeit a fancy one. Alternatively, I would want to wear that on a Hawaii vacation after I’ve showered up from a day at the beach, and I’m deep into a sunset cocktail. But perhaps I’m projecting, because I am NOT on a Hawaii vacation. WHY GOD WHY.
