Having said that: I know that the issue of a sleeveless turtleneck can be divisive — “why is your neck so cold if your arms are so hot?” being the pertinent question — but I personally find it very fetching. I used to have a sleeveless black turtleneck top and every time I wore it, I felt like Mary Tyler Moore on vacation in Paris: stylish and a bit gamine and also like I could be a really great reporter with a fab apartment, possibly.
