One of my favorite things about this show is that it is bookended with voiceovers from Amanda that are so Ponderous and Metaphorical that they make the VOs Chris Carter used to write for every Very Special X-Files sound as straightforward as a grammar textbook. I’m real fond of this show, but this episode was kind all over the place.
