Remember that rumor that Stephanie Pratt was going to join The City? Parenthetically, would have been deeply weird considering that show is largely about work, and the only time Stephanie did any on The Hills, it was terrible, leading me to wonder if she quite understands what that word even means.
She’d have been wasting her time anyway. Steph ought to create her own spin-off, The Chills:
