High Fug Musical

I have so many thoughts.

First: I know they’re pushing “pajama dressing,” and I basically reject that when they’re fancy pajamas, but I REALLY reject it when they are THESE pajamas pants because these ARE pajama pants, right? REJECT.

Okay. I guess that’s just one thought, but I really thought it HARD.

My son has these EXACT pants, cut and everything … he’s 6 months old. I’m not sure what’s worse, pajama pants or baby pajama pants?

I was just going to say “My daughter would totally rock that outfit….but she’s 12…..”

Yep, pajama pants and slippers with little skulls! Not for wearing outside IMO.

I think if those pants ever met my couch, they would be a match made in heaven! :D
Love me some comfy pants! Just not in public…

    Hey Fug Girls,

You guys are doing a lot more lazy “these are all the outfits that showed up at XYZ event” and a lot fewer “holy crap, Bai Ling this is FUGLY” posts these days. I miss the times when you weren’t posting a bunch of ‘meh’s and were posting the most outrageous fashion you could find, even if it wasn’t from A-listers. Wherefore Phoebe Price? Where is the new Bai? I miss the days of really outrageous outfits.

Respectfully disagree. I like the multi-photo posts of multiple people at the same event. The posts I don’t like are the ones with 3+ pictures of the same boring outfit, where I have to click on the post, then click to get the slideshow, click through the slideshow and then click back to the post so I can go to the next one. That’s a lot of clicking for one lousy outfit.

A lot of those people aren’t leaving the house any more. We have to work with what we can. I cannot conjure Bai Ling out of thin air. If someone shows up looking outrageous, we certainly are posting it.

I’m sorry you feel that the current GFY is lazy, especially considering that we are coming off a period where we worked incredibly hard to bring you Fug Madness (not to mention awards season). Whether or not it’s uninteresting, obviously, is up to you, and there’s not a lot I can say to address that.

      Thank you for your feedback.

Naw, Lazy would be ” it’s ugly, react”

Sometimes the pictures are just the starting point for pure poetry.

People, if you don’t like it, you certainly don’t have to click on and read a post that you consider subpar! Heather & Jessica work really hard to bring us what’s out there and there’s nothing they can do is there’s not much to pick from! Being ungrateful won’t change things! Thank you for everything you do, FugGirls!

Oh I think I wrote too choppy.
I LOVE the FugGirls…and even when the pictures are “boring”…the literature is FABULOUS!

Learning that you cannot conjure Bai Ling out of thin air has severely disappointed me.

Pajamas are a fashion thing now? Huh. Guess I was ahead of my time in the lazy days of high school. Soft pants are for inside the house and at the gym only.

No!! Because now I kinda love those pants!
      damn it Kris!!

If it makes you feel better, my reference was slightly flawed in that Beetlejuice’s pants had vertical stripes.

I’m ashamed to say that I thought “I wish I owned that outfit” Then again, I’m a lowly homemaker and if the paparazzi cared what I was doing, I would be a Fug Madness contender in a hot minute.

I…actually think that outfit is really cute. Skull slippers and all. (Scratch that – *especially* the skull slippers.)

    I am duly ashamed.

    I don’t know…. I think it’s cute! I’d totally wear that.

If she was wearing jeans, I’d say this outfit is totally cute and FAB her! But, those pants do look like pajama pants! I can’t fault her for wearing them, though, because I’ve gone out wearing my pajamas and slippers, and I don’t apologize for it! Although, I’m not being photographed when I do!

All she has to do is swap out the pants for jeans and I am totally, totally on board. I actually really like the skull slippers. And I love the pants, I do, just not for outside. For the record, it’s not just the pajamas-outside look that bothers, me, it’s also the yoga-pants-for-anything-other-than-yoga look that bothers me. If you’re not going to the gym, you shouldn’t be wearing gym clothes. If you’re not in bed or otherwise inside the confines of your own home, you shouldn’t be wearing pajamas. That is all.

I love those pants. I cop to having coveted my toddler’s stripey pajama pants many times. And his onesies. And the footie jammers. I cop to having adult-sized footie jammers.

Man, it’s too bad I’m not a celebrity, because sometimes I feel like you guys would get a lot of mileage out of me.

I am totally going to get footie pajamas for next winter. It gets COLD in Santa Fe!

She’s wearing those to distract us from his douche-tastic hairdo. Oh! and shoes.

The sheer temerity of applying the word “lazy” to our Heather and Jessica, especially after this recent Fug Madness, boggles the mind. I for one have found your wit becoming more beautifully mature and subtle, evolving even. Perhaps the unsophisticated prefer crass.

Is the guy with her Avril Lavigne’s ex or is that just wishful thinking on my part?

If they were 17 or 18 I would think both these outfits were adorable to wear together to a casual brunch. I know, I know, Fug Madness warped me, I’m embracing the outdoor pajama. I thought it would wear off and it just isn’t.

Buuuut… they’re not 17 or 18. Well, I don’t know how old he is, but not that young. So what they look like to me is adults dressing like kids.

Also regarding above, I think it’s just a change of the times celebs are less inclined to go crazy fug as they are more aware of stylists, fashion and gossip sites & are a bit scared now! but are still inclined to have bad taste or just not get it quiet right. Especially in regards to there proportions.

Her shoes with the skulls on them? I would wear them outside. Even though I know they are bedroom shoes, I would wear them outside. They’re just too cute for carpet only, and I have to speak my truth.

She is doing wrong in all other respects, but not the skull slippers.

I can forgive a lot for a T. Rex shirt, but only if it isn’t being worn ironically or unknowingly.

This is kind of what I look like, when lazily lying on the couch. Well, except from the leather jacket.

To me, that’s saying enough about the outfit.
