Both of these looks have me ready and primed to see Claire Foy in a project set in the current era — I think her current film, All of Us Strangers, is set in the present day? She looks like a movie star who’s filming a TV series where she plays a very competent professional with a covetable wardrobe, especially in that pink suit, which is swell.
This is less successful for me, although she as a human looks good:
The red dress is great — and festive! The rest of it feels like the shoes and bag she brought into the dressing room with her to try it on and there was a fire alarm and she had to bolt and leave her jeans and sweater behind.
