I think she looks great in BOTH of these, and also: Let this woman go home and take a nap! She did a cookbook signing last week, too. She has got to be ready to put her feet up.

This, at the ceremony, was Marchesa:

I like it a lot. It feels like classic Marchesa, but in a good way — almost like a throwback to the days when everyone was so jazzed on the line, but before they started hot glue-gunning feathers to people’s asses indiscriminately. She looks very pretty.

That said, while I think I like the red carpet hair and makeup vision a bit better, I LOVE the dress she changed into for the Vanity Fair party:

I wish I were swanning around in that right now, and I am not even busy growing a small human. It’s that glam.
