A few days before this, Liz and Dick were landing at Heathrow (in a truly iconic and INSANE outfit); apparently, they next popped over to Monaco — as one does — to attend Grace Kelly’s Red Cross Ball, where they look similarly dramatic, much more bejewelled, and somewhat less leggy.
