I’d note that I feel confident that Salma Hayek looked foxy on every day of 1999 (and presumably of her entire adult life), but I’d be remiss in my duties if I didn’t share her looking both foxy and tremendously 1999 with her Formal Crop Top/Floaty Skirt and pashmina, absolutely as if she just fell off the cover of your favorite new glossy magazine, InStyle — and I cannot stress enough how big of a compliment that was at the time.
