I have this weird mental block with Rutina Wesley:
I am so used to seeing her with the braids she has as Tara on True Blood that it always takes me a moment to recognize her without them. When I saw her on TV on Sunday, I was like, “Who is that pretty girl — OH HI TARA.” Please bear in mind that I also saw Kate Gosselin and thought she was Lisa Kudrow, though, so maybe I should get my eyes checked. Regardless: Let’s talk dress! I kinda like it, but that might also be because I kinda like HER, and it was so nice to see something that WASN’T navy column mermaid blah.
