I’m forever entertained by how much stuff happens in New York the week of the Met Gala. Not the day afterward — other than the Tony nominations! — because everyone is hung over, but otherwise, it feels like every publicist approaches every manager with an email that begins, “since she’ll be in town…”. ANYWAY, since Dua Lipa was in town, she DID decide to take the time to show off her cute, shiny, 90s mini-dress and coordinating leather jacket. VERY Modern Robert Palmer Girl, and it’s about time that came back.
