It’s Labor Day weekend! Hope you all have fun plans percolating. We are taking Monday off for the holiday and will be back in business on Tuesday. There’s plenty here to entertain you, though!

At Drinks With Broads, we had a fresh new batch of Ted Lasso recaps, encompassing the last two episodes. Obviously, we talked about the shitshow that was and is the Met Gala, and had a rollicking “meep meep” vs “beep beep” discussion. Then, I tackled the (often unhinged) non-fiction best-sellers of the 1990s, and we voted on some of the Emmys, and also ranted generally.
Our best-sellers here at GFY this week — speaking of! — were J.Crew’s new rollneck sweater! The Forme posture bra! (Which I posted about on DWB and which is on sale right now.) And this J.Crew dress! Also currently on sale.
RIP Gloria Steinem. Talk about a real one. (Steinem, Dolly, and Tim Curry is a lot of loss over the last few weeks, geez.) I often think about the story told in the lede to this excellent piece about her.
