Queen Celine is still in Paris doing her residency there, and thus, she still has to leave her... hotel? Apartment? I don't know. I know she has lived in Vegas for a long time and it might truly feel like home to her and her kids, but if I were her and I didn't HAVE to be in the desert, I would have apartments in all KINDS of great cities, and I would walk in and out of them in great shoe and never look back.
