This is a good bit of cross-promotion: Zendaya is the face of Lancome’s new fragrance, and she arrived to the photo op in an outfit she created for her Tommy x Zendaya line. It is raining Zendaya. The neck tie seems totally superfluous, and it’s not achieving anything that a real necklace wouldn’t do better. The boots might be a little heavy, though they fit the ’70s vibe she established with her debut runway show. Overall, it’s the right vibe of Posh, Smart-Casual Working Lady Who Is Absolutely Not The Mess She Portrays on Euphoria. And “not a mess” is a pretty strong mark to hit.
