A few weeks ago, a reader asked if — as we move into Cozy Season here in the Northern Hemisphere, and continue to be in STAY HOME IF YOU CAN AND WEAR A MASK season almost everywhere — we could discuss our favorite soup recipes. And I am not a person to deny someone his or her Soup Longings! I am the opposite of a Soup Nazi! (Would that be…Soup Antifa? Yes.) And I also am not a person who makes many soups — other than Roberto — and ergo this would also be of personal use to me. So please hold forth on your surefire soup situations!
