If Beale Street Could Talk — Barry Jenkins’ adaptation of James Baldwin’s book — is ramping up its award-season campaign, which means a lot of screenings, which means a LOT of Regina King and Barry’s handsome, sensible, bespectacled face. I am on board with all of those things.
