As Jessica noted, Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire is doing THE MOST that a title can. I like to imagine Netflix and Zack Snyder sitting at a table arguing over which words were essential and then arriving at this mouthful of a stalemate. Apparently, this thing started life as Snyder’s “more mature take on Star Wars” for Lucasfilm, but it went nowhere and then bounced around in development for a while. Star Wars: Rebel Moon does sound like a real thing, but I am not sure the Star Wars franchise ever needs to be THAT much more mature than it already is?!?

Also, Wikipedia tells me that Cary Elwes is in this, in “an undisclosed role,” and it had better not be Westley, driven back to piracy after the death of Buttercup. We do not need Darth Pirate Roberts.
