Y’all, who signed off on Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child Of Fire? I guess…Netflix, as that is where this movie is streaming. It’s a lot of words. (I suppose Zack Snyder, who wrote it, probably also had something to do with it.) All these people look fine, although I just realized it’s a terrible photo of everyone other than Sofia Boutella. YOU ARE WELCOME, SOFIA. You look very chic and sleek and also your dress has a SURPRISE:

SAUCY!

I will say that the synopsis for this movie made my eyes cross:

In a universe controlled by the corrupt government of the Motherworld, the moon of Veldt is threatened by the forces of the Imperium, the army of the Motherworld controlled by Regent Balisarius. Kora, a former member of the Imperium who seeks redemption for her past in the leadership of the oppressive government, tasks herself to recruit warriors from across the galaxy to make a stand against the Motherworld’s forces before they return to the planet.

But I will also say that I learned from For All Mankind that plots involving the moon are inherently dramatic, so carry on!
