Friends, this is a treasure. It is quirky, it is architectural, it is useful in case she winds up at a salad bar without a sneeze guard — truly, this look can do it all. Sharon looks both glorious and also like a whimsical spirit friend has decided to spend the evening perched on her shoulder. I am into it.

As for the question of Why Is Sharon Stone Out So Much Lately, I bring answers: (a) She’s a regular on the upcoming new Ryan Murphy Nurse Ratched series (starring Sarah Paulson in the titular role), and (b) she’s also a regular on The New Pope, which apparently is they’re calling this upcoming season of The Young Pope. (So is MARILYN MANSON?! 2019 is weird.) So, essentially, at some point in the last couple of years, Sharon Stone called her agent and was like, “I feel like working again. Let’s do TV,” AND HERE WE ARE. I, for one, am grateful.
