When I saw this photo in thumbnail form, friends, I thought it was culottes. And, truly, is that not totally believable? Rihanna MIGHT wear some fashion culottes if it occurs to her/she finds a pair of them kicking around the back of her closet.. Luckily, we have time to figure out how to triage that situation if it ever happens, because this is just a skirt. A skirt that is tied to a shirt that is basically sleeves tied to a bandanna, but — whatever. Once you get a reprieve from Culotteville, everything else seems manageable.
