Does anyone else think maybe Gwen should just make an album of kids’ music? Think about it: That “Make Me Like You” song totally sounded like teenage bubblegum pop, and she’s developed a weird propensity for wearing these clothes that look like someone spilled alphabet soup on a Wiccan scouting group’s uniform (her merit badges appear to be for necromancy, soothsaying, and some kind of spirit-vomiting). This is a BETTER version of some of those outfits, if slightly roller-disco, but the fact remains that she does look like she’s pitching her own Nick Jr. cartoon. Ergo, I really don’t think it’d be that big a leap for her to go down the path They Might Be Giants took. Think about it, Gwen. It would make retroactive sense of about half your wardrobe.
