We’re somewhere in the vicinity of the Josie and the Pussycats premiere from 2001, and while our archive of that storied event was super limited, it inspired me to dig into Rachael Leigh Cook a bit more — she who is arguably best-known for She’s All That, a movie I can only watch through Freddie Prinze Jr.’s angry hacky-sack poetry because eventually we get to That One Lunchroom Scene and I can’t see that without gagging. You know the one. If you don’t… good. Anyway, please enjoy a late-90s/early aughts starlet in full bloom in this time capsule.
