Dior did some gorgeous and dramatic custom work for Anya Taylor-Joy during awards season — the Globes in green; the Critics’ Choice Awards in raspberry — so it makes sense that she’d make the trek, virtual or otherwise, to Athens for the annual resort show that Dior does on location. I wasn’t clear on whether these people actually attended the show, or if they simply set up backdrops somewhere else, but the captions that came with them said the photocall was at Panathinaiko Stadium, so… it seems like they were in Greece? I like to imagine that is true, simply because I ALSO like to imagine a world where that’s possible again for everyone.
