Kim Cattrall didn’t post to Instagram yesterday, which is a bummer, because a very dark corner of my soul hoped she’d put up a picture of herself when this premiere began looking absurdly glamorous — or, wearing nothing but artful diamonds and sipping from a martini glass. Oh well. The good news is, the remaining three ladies busted out some proper finery, the new cast members delivered, and somewhere I suspect Kim IS sipping that martini looking terribly sexy — and hopefully not caring one bit about any of this at all.
