Amal and George — this website’s absolute worst intern, he will NOT be getting college credit for this!!!! — are in Venice at the moment; the Film Festival starts this week, but I assume George won’t be attending much, as he’s on strike with the rest of SAG-AFTRA and I don’t think he’s in any of the films that have been given a waiver. Vogue noted that this week is also “Diane von Furstenberg’s annual DVF Awards, where Amal will be honored” and it seems much more likely to me that this is the reason they tootled over from Lake Como. Very pertinent to my interests is this dress on Amal: IT IS CUTE and as of my typing, I haven’t seen a credit for it and Google Lens is all shrug. I find that to be rude! I need to be able to type something like, “IT IS CUTE and also Valentino so it’s like $3000.” I feel bereft.
