I literally think this is a costume from G.L.O.W, which, I must remind you, is set in the 80s. In fairness, it IS the dress that the hot bitch antagonist character wears to the party at which our heroine eventually triumphs, and everyone knows that while the heroine gets the boy, at least the hot bitch antagonist gets to keep her superior wardrobe. Better to be dressed like the Hot Bitch Antagonist from the 80s, that’s my life-motto. That, and don’t ever cut your bangs when you’re drunk.
PS: Say what you will about her dress, I kinda need those shoes.
