To me, this says that Ashley and her stylist looked at the Monse concoction she sported on her last outing and thought, “let’s do a slightly less literal interpretation of laundry: think elevated duvet cover.” I’m not mad about it! (Maybe a little bit about the shoes because I feel like they don’t exactly match and yet are not far off enough to be UNmatchy, so this might have been a good opportunity to do something more interesting but life is too short to really get that riled, you know?)
