It’s been a while since we’ve had a Give a Rec/Get a Rec post, but given that we’re barrelling toward Christmas and New Year’s, I thought folks might need to pick Fug Nation’s brains. Here’s how it works: Do you need a recommendation for something specific? Like, say, a good stocking stuffer for an eight year-old boy, or suggestions for what to cook for your persnickety in-laws on Christmas morning, or the easiest but most impressive holiday cookie, or recommendations for what to cook on NYE for a party of 10 where 4 of them are lactose intolerant? Please ask in the comments — and if anyone knows the answer or has a suggestion, they can give it! You do not need to leave a recommendation in order to ask for one, and vice versa — if you know something, or need something, or both, then have at it. Do your thing!
