Rosamund is of course promoting Saltburn in this strangely severe Dior suit. But in an alternate universe, she’s playing Sally “Salt” Byrnne, the first woman to own and operate her own exclusive supper club for female adventurers and their lovers, who will be many and varied and casual and maybe even interchangeable with other patrons’ because EVERYBODY gets some at The Salt Lick. It’s the kind of place Veronica Speedwell would belong to, and now I’d quite like to see that crossover. Salt Byrnne is going to get framed for Murder Most Foul and the psychosexual melodrama will be EXTREME.
