Is this seriously a windbreaker from REI’s clearance rack that’s been transformed into a demi-bubble dress? And, if so, does that mean we can all start sporting our wet-weather gear as a fashion statement? Because I’ve got an old pink polka-dot raincoat from Target that is gonna make an amazing house dress. Bonus points: I can just wipe it down.
