I noted last season that you could already see Wes Gordon steering this into a slightly hipper direction, and he’s keeping up that momentum away from the House of Herrera of yore that seemed mostly aimed at older rich society ladies. I understand that — the red carpet is an all-ages game, and it helps to have The Youngs on board — and I don’t mind all of it, but I do miss some of Mrs. Herrera’s crisper glam. Noted Herrera Fan Meghan Markle will like some of these, though, for sure.
