It’s been chilly and rainy in Los Angeles — deliciously so — and thus the three-tone sweaterdress aspect of this seems snuggly and warm and appealing. (I like the boots, too, for the record, but maybe in burgundy instead?) But then we arrive at the bit where her skirt bursts open and one of her waxed shopping bags has been cut open and sewn into place. Is this really Project Runway’s legacy?!?
