Second, the headline says it all: There is, indeed, a movie coming out in which Dennis plays Ronnie, Penelope Ann Miller plays Nancy, and, well, there are LOADS of other people. Mena Suvari is Jane Wyman, but she didn’t come to this, sadly — maybe because this movie was made alllll the way back 2021, and she forgot about it. And it can’t be very good, because it’s being distributed by… ShowBiz Direct (???). And if you haven’t heard about it, that might ALSO be because Facebook apparently went back and forth on whether it would allow the film to advertise because it might count as trying to influence the election, although they decided eventually that it was fine. As a side note, I regret to inform you that Dennis Quaid is a Joe Rogan guy, AND has endorsed Trump as recently as May. How, you ask? By telling Piers Morgan, yes, Piers Morgan, that Trump is “my asshole.” Put that on the side of a bus. Sigh. You’re gonna ruin The Parent Trap for me, dude.
