Last week, we saw Bella Ramsey wearing what I dubbed a denim “vickie,” a vest/dickie combo. This weekend at Comic-Con, Jessica Biel busted out another one, although technically this makes for a very long dickie. It’s also INSANE from the front view. This entire look is wild — I love the return to this wash, it’s so ’90s, but it’s so oversized that she looks like she stole it from someone two feet taller than she is. Something about the cut of said vickie almost makes it look like it was inspired by a catcher’s chest protector — worn for Levi’s Night, I presume.
It’s both worse and better from the side:
The straps and open back are kind of cute, not gonna lie. But from this angle, it also looks like a complicated denim bodysuit she just decided to leave unsnapped. I guess the ’90s really ARE back.
