We’ve spent a lot of time with these athletes in their uniforms; now they get to put on whatever the heck they want, to celebrate the move up into the professional ranks. The WNBA Draft on Monday night began as predicted with Caitlin Clark going to the Indiana Fever, but there are so many outstanding prospects who’ve been added to all 12 rosters. I am sure it’ll be a rough entry for all of the rookies, but most of them probably wouldn’t want it any other way. Angel Reese told Vogue that she’s excited to be back down at the bottom of the ladder, learning and fighting her way back to the top. I can’t wait to watch them all do it, and kill it.
