This is only the second outfit of Milly Alcock’s Supergirl run, and in their own ways, both have been a bit Fancy Derelicte. The first, because the hem of that garment was a hot mess, and this one… well, it looks like she repeatedly laundered something that was dry-clean only and now has to live with the unraveling.
