We have another outfit that only lives on Instagram (so far) that you’ll want to see, but let’s deal with the photo first: Louis Vuitton quite likes putting Zendaya in a coat, but there isn’t always a great plan for what happens after that. Here is Exhibit A, and Exhibit B. I don’t know if that’s on them, or Law, or Z herself, or a combination thereof, but I always have questions. This jacket is cool on her, but the red mini and white pumps are lacking for me. Is it JUST the pumps? (I support her desire to wear what’s comfortable to her, but also am bored by her footwear at all times; it’s a real conundrum.) Would better shoes be enough? Personally, I’m hankering for it with cigarette pants. Even possibly red ones. But still with better shoes. I understand wanting to make the coat feel more like summer, but I think it’s detracting from it (and frankly, might’ve saved it for later in the year). What would you do?
Meanwhile, for some reason, Tom Holland’s jacket has a pocket big enough to hold an iPad. Perhaps they need to video-chat their dogs back home.
Okay, I’ve made you wait. Now we have another outfit that I don’t have photos of, so we have to rely on Law’s Instagram, and it’s a doozy by McQueen. Another bi-level coat, another short frock under it. She’s trying her damndest, but she looks like a figure skater who’s doing WAY too much to skate to selections from Oliver!
