As a note: Despite the fact that this collection was shown when everyone else is debuting their resort/cruise line, Hermes is claiming this one is actually NOT resort, but instead “Fall-Winter 2026 Second Chapter.” Insert the Jennifer Lawrence eye-roll/thumbs up gif here.

In case you were wondering where this collection was shown, Vogue reports, “An aerie of a pale yellow runway set was erected over the course of the last month in an open lot above the Hotel Bel Air. It required a golf cart ride up a steep incline to access (and, unfortunately, a long line waiting for said transportation when the show was over).” If Vogue, which surely depends on Hermés ad money, is willing to even mildly complain about logistical issues, this show must have been a total nightmare to leave. Likely because people arrive in dribs and drabs but everyone leaves at once; THR reports that some people were sitting in traffic to get out of those twisty hill streets for TWO HOURS.  My god! Hire more treacherous golf carts! You’ve got all that Birkin money! Anyway! Let’s see if anyone will wear any of it if they’re not being paid to do so.
