The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is a Guy Ritchie joint, about a covert ops group in World War II. It’s based on a book by Damien Lewis, and I SCREAMED when I read that… until I realized the actor from my beloved Band of Brothers is Damian Lewis with an A, not Damien with an E. I’m still excited for Damien Lewis that this is happening, but it’s less thrilling now that I know the guy who played Dick Winters isn’t also writing WWII non-fiction.
