Leigh Lezark is one of those New York Famous people we used to see at Fashion Week — by which I mean, everyone there seemed to go nuts over her and she’d be in the front row everywhere, but the rest of America would be like, “Who?” (There are a lot of them — it was always truly fascinating.) She is, or was, a DJ, technically. But clearly she also has dedicated her life to Felix the Cat-related interpretive dance and acrobatics. Here, she was at a Chanel show in 2009, and I can only assume Karl had designed this for her lead role in the little-known Cirque du Soleil flop Miaou.
