You know how sometimes you’ll be sitting around reading Us Weekly, and they claim two celebrities are dating, and you’re like, “UM, I’m SO SURE?” We’ve been there — thanks Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough! So this week on Vulture, we cranked up the old Believability Scale to gauge which recent celebrity couples were real…and which were — GASP — just for PR. For example:
“Believability rating: 4. This pairing might have been more plausible if (a) The Hills weren’t The Hills, and (b) The Hills hadn’t been the third reality show on which Cabrera wooed one of the ladies while totally coincidentally singing one of his new songs.”
