If this slideshow has taught me anything, it’s that I have NO IDEA how menswear relates to anything else a line does. Maybe it never does; maybe it’s never meant to, and I barely look at the runways anyway (though we might put up a few of them this time around), so what do I even know? But I would not have pegged Valentino as a camo sportswear kind of joint. I guess they’re not going to make pantaloons and stockings that complement all those Tudor Lady-In-Waiting styles, so they’ve got to do SOMETHING.
