Marsai Martin came up with this movie idea herself — it’s basically reverse Big. Her styling has been very creative on the promotional trail, but also sometimes very adult — not in the Millie Bobby Brown open-mouthed prematurely sexy way; more an “I’m 14 going on ’35 under 35′ in Fortune Magazine” kind of way. Which I prefer, but it does sometimes mean I do a double-take. Seriously, though, between Tracee Ellis Ross, Yara Shahidi, and Marsai, whatever they’re putting at craft services on black-ish is inspiring a lot of intriguing risks.
