I guess this is the day where I wonder if people are being dominated by blue suits. First Gigi Hadid, and now Lupita, whose outfit is VERY different — these are more reminiscent of Chloe Sevigny’s atomic khakis — but who might similarly be a little overwhelmed, despite usually pulling off just about everything. I assume that’s why she wore the jacket off her shoulders. With it on, I think she’d have looked like a Smurf getting out of the shower; with it just-so, at least we can see the cute tweed bralet and imagine what else might have been. I mean, even leaving the jacket in the car might’ve been a big step in the right direction. Volume is great and all, but turn it up with care.
