This look is perhaps neither seasonal (it’s currently autumn) nor timely (in the most literal sense of the word; this was worn on Good Morning America and it doesn’t feel very Early Morning to me), but it is: (a) cute in general, (b) cute on her specifically, and (c) a frothy pleasure to behold on a random Wednesday. So the beginning of that sentence really just feels like so much noise.
