After MUCH consideration (ten minutes on Getty Images), I’ve come to the conclusion that this ensemble is NOT that kooky, and it’s also not a dress. I think it’s a top and a skirt and it looks kooky because she keeps putting her hand in the skirt pocket. This is my job’s version of being a coroner. I know the cause of, um, kookiness, captain! Anyway: That pressing mystery solved, I actually think she looks adorable here, and, in fact, has been looking adorable ever since she started filming that (possibly insane) trilogy with Josh Jackson. There is no mystery there!
