Yesterday, we discussed how Heidi’s new sartorial muse is Western Barbie and her drunken winking mechanism; today, prithee witness the be-skirted version of Heidi’s look. (Albeit by a different designer. It’s slightly distressing to me that more than one person woke up and screamed, “YES FRINGE.”) It’s…sort of sassy?
